These Terms of Service govern your use of the Divina Mari website and any purchase made through our store. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. EU consumer law requires traders to provide clear information about the seller, the product, pricing, delivery costs and consumer rights before purchase.

1. Products and Availability

We aim to present our products as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in color, texture or appearance may occur depending on screen settings, lighting or manufacturing differences. All products are subject to availability.

2. Prices and Payments

All prices displayed on the website must be clearly stated before purchase, along with any shipping or delivery charges where applicable. EU consumer rules require transparency about the total price and additional charges before checkout.

3. Order Acceptance

Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation. This does not always mean the order has been fully accepted for dispatch. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders in limited circumstances, such as pricing errors, suspected fraud or stock unavailability.

4. Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. If you exercise this right, you must notify us clearly and return the goods within 14 days after informing us. If the right of withdrawal was not properly disclosed, the withdrawal period may be extended by up to 12 months.

5. Returns and Refunds

Returned goods must be sent back in a condition that allows inspection of their nature, characteristics and functioning. Refunds for valid withdrawals must generally include the purchase price and, where required by law, the standard delivery cost. We may wait until the goods are returned or proof of return is provided before issuing the refund.

6. Faulty Goods and Legal Guarantee

If an item is faulty, not as described or does not meet legal conformity requirements, EU consumers are protected by legal guarantees and may be entitled to repair, replacement, price reduction or refund depending on the circumstances. Your Europe states that goods bought in the EU are generally covered by a minimum 2-year legal guarantee.
